    Hi Clint! 🙂 You just posted your link in my Facebook status, so figured I’d check it out. Beautiful blog, you’ve got here. This was the first article to catch my eye, so I gave it a read through.

    I have to say, “#6: Not taking the psychological impact of fighting into account” was one of the points that struck a cord with me. I’ve read a good many fight scenes and battles… this is undoubtedly one of the biggest mistakes I see. People tend to focus more on the external with the blood, gore, swordplay/gunplay, etc. Sad, since this would be an excellent view into many a character… but as writers, I suppose we live and learn as we go.
